5.5.Promises and Invitations from God

 Chapter 5.5.Invitations from God

1. What does Allah promises?

Can somebody tells us if Allah in the Quran ever invites one to him and promises that he will hear one if one calls to him for help in need?

And the assurance that he will answer your prayers?

Does he promises forgiveness of sins now and certainty of Salvation and Eternal life after death without you have to do a specific number of good deeds? What specific things? Is the 5 pillars enough? Can you then be 100% certain?

2. May I share this promise from the Bible that I know and experience every day...

1 John 5:13‭-‬14 NET "I have written these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life. And this is the confidence that we have before him: that whenever we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.

3. The God of the Bible invites us... Call to me!

‘Call on me in prayer and I will answer you. I will show you great and mysterious things which you still do not know about.’ Jeremiah 33:3 NET

4. Jesus from the Bible invites: Come to Me!

Matthew 11:25‭-‬29 NET (New English Translation)
At that time Jesus said, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this was your gracious will.
All things have been handed over to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son decides to reveal him.
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke on you and learn from me, because I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
